We do not allow customization of the laptop with your JPRO® Fleet Service Kit order unless the order consists of a quantity of 5 or more.
Is any other machine available for purchase with the JPRO Fleet Service Kit?
Yes, we do offer other laptop options with the JPRO Fleet Service Kit. Please contact us if you would like more information.
What is the warranty for the laptop?
If necessary following phone-based troubleshooting, the laptop manufacturer will provide you with pre-paid shipping materials to ship your laptop to their service facility, where it will be repaired and mailed back to you.
What is the warranty for the JPRO Fleet Service Kit software and DLA?
The warranty for the JPRO Fleet Service Kit includes 1 year of technical support, free software updates, and product repair.
Can I purchase additional warranties?
Additional warranties associated with the laptop can be purchased separately through the laptop manufacturer.
